Our Story
We are Chefs Sean Farrell and Power Minor. Friends since our days at Firebox in Hartford, we've reunited to bring you a chef-first food truck experience rooted in local ingredients and big flavors.
Beyond the truck, we are proud partners with New Park Brewing in West Hartford, where you can find our full kitchen residency and rotating specials that pair perfectly with their brews.
